RETUEN & RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and a product may be purchased by accident or in error. If this occurs, we are happy to assist with a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the product:

  • Is unused and unopened

  • Is in the same condition as received

  • Is returned in the original packaging

Please note:

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse, so please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • We recommend sending returns via a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

  • If the return is due to an incorrect purchase or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming that we have received your return.

We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at nzbrickfans@gmail.com.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Any claims made after the 30-day period may be considered normal wear and tear and may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
