Lego Seinfeld 21328 Light Kit

Disclaimer; the end of part of this review is my final thought, the part after this is my intital disappointment, however that was rectified. I wanted to show the case and how well they handed it.

Initial review: I thought it was the one with the audio, contacted the company and got zero response, which is annoying. You'd think it was the audio with the remote it came with, why sell it with out. Was confusing, be nice if they could have reached out to then sell me a speaker because it came with the audio chipset I think. Also I had to go online to someone own blog for instructions there was none. And the hallway light is also very dull and also you have to clamp the wires between the bricks which cant be good for the wires. But all in all its cool set

Edit: the team contacted me shortly after, the email hadn't got through to them because of a glitch, they rectified the situation immediately, were able to sell me the upgrade and even provided shipping. They took all my info on board and handled it all in a kind and professional manner. Overall, it was excellent customer service, 10/10.
