You replied finally, after I threatened I’d complain about you breaching the Fair Trading Act due to no response from you for many weeks where I contacted you lots of times via email, FB, messager and your online chat, about me returning an item in line with your T&Cs. Thank you for finally allowing me to return the item, which I did by hand, and refunding my money. Whilst the whole process was distressing, disappointing and unnecessary had your staff replied immediately to my first request for help, once you did reach out, you resolved the matter speedily, so thank you for that. The item itself was fine and as shown online, and delivered in good time, just incorrect size hence needing to return it. I hope you’ve implemented improvements to your communication which was what let your service down, however, I acknowledge that once you did communicate it was to a good standard and the item itself purchased, was good too.
